Seared scallops with sweet chilli & lemon grass dressing, creme fraiche and rocket salad

Main

Fillet of beef (best of Brtish) topped with pancetta, wild mushroom & parmesan, served on a thyme scented rosti with a Madeira jus

Roasted pepper, courgette, fennel & red onion

Asparagus, sugar snaps & knotted spring onion

Dessert

Hedonistic white chocolate torte perfumed with orange zest & Grande Marnier, served with a raspberry coulis
